Lei 'Ā'ī Workshop

Join Lauren Lau (@leibylauu on Instagram), a Native Hawaiian lei maker from Oʻahu, for a 1.5 hour workshop teaching the history and art of lei making. In the workshop you will learn two lei making techniques - lei kui (stringing), and lei hili (twist). At the end of the workshop, you will be able to take your beautiful neck lei home, along with the skillset to make your own lei.

This workshop is graciously hosted by The Bloom Saloon (@thebloomsaloon.co on Instagram) and Hanover Place (@hanoverplace_fxbg on Instagram). 

Registration Details

There are 9 spots available, and registration will close once all spots are filled. To reserve your spot:

2. Submit $80 payment via Venmo to @lauulauu

The workshop fee is $80/per person. This includes:

• Full workshop experience,

• All lei-making material, and

• One drink ticket (valid for two beverages) from a selection of beer, wine, cider, or non-alcoholic options.

All payments are non-refundable. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, the form will be reopened.
